Charles Rodney Reynolds
(Head of Marketing)
Charles graduated with a B Proc and an LLB degree from the University of Witwatersrand South Africa in 1983. He then commenced his career in South Africa in the trade finance industry working initially for Anglo African Shipping, followed by Trade and Industry Acceptance Corporation and finally Merchant Shippers, part of the SA Bias Group.
In 1985 Charles emigrated to the UK where he formed a trade finance company known as Conance Limited. In 1990 he relocated to Switzerland where he focused on establishing the Tower Bridge Trade Finance model.
Management Team
The Tower Bridge management team is an experienced and knowledgeable team comprising graduate experienced administrators with backgrounds in Asset Management, FX and Corporate Finance. A team of professional Support staff and an Accounting team ensure reporting delivery.
William Henry Biddulph
(Head of Banking and Insurance)
Henry graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of South
Africa with a B Com, B Proc and an LLB. He
has also completed an Executive Development Program at the University of the Witwatersrand Business School.
He commenced his working career at French Bank in 1987 as a money
market dealer and later as a foreign exchange dealer. In 1989 he moved to
Trust Bank as a senior foreign exchange dealer and also spent time in the corporate banking division.
In 1992 he joined Nedbank Corporate Banking Division and headed a team
of senior corporate bankers with substantial portfolios. He has subsequently
held General Management positions in the areas of Credit Innovation and
Asset and Liability Management. He was a member of both the Nedbank
and the Nedbank Group ALCO. From 1992 he also spent 17 months
working for FBC Merchant Bank in the corporate banking area, which
involved working on transactions in investment banking and structured
finance. Henry has worked in his current capacity since October 2003.
